Lead and manage team to provide extraordinary, consistent and predictable service across Recordkeeping & Enrollment Services with a focus on Accident & Health and Dental Products.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Ensure the teams are continually working toward a goal of continuous process, service and expense improvement
  • Implement strategies to ensure that proper controls and procedures are in place to properly administer all products and services. 
  • Assures all legal and regulatory requirements and changes are adhered to.
  • Serve as a key contact for escalated Sales and customer issues.  Provide quick resolution and root cause analysis.  Contact Customers and Sales directly in an effort to maintain business partnerships and build customer relationships.
  • Facilitate effective meetings and presentations for internal and external customers including customer/broker audits.
  • Responsible for leading a highly effective team with a focus on skill assessment and development, mentoring, performance management and career planning.
  • Enact and manage contingency plans as needed and direct activities during peak work periods.
  • Partner with Product and IT to identify and implement enhancements and efficiencies to improve workflows and processes.
  • Develop and manage operating and compensation budgets – ensure the achievement of expense reduction targets.
  • Participate in long-term strategic planning and development for all aspects of the business.
  • Integrate corporate philosophies and vision into the daily activities and projects of the organization.

    Required Experience:

  • 5-6 years of related work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a direct people management position
  • Recordkeeping experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to achieve employee engagement and operational results

 

Preferred Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Ingenium
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, change direction comfortably, makes decisions, and takes action, and can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
  • Proven change management experience
  • Ability to integrate conceptual ideas and directions into organizational workflows and processes
  • Ability to lead innovation, quality and continuous improvement while empowering associates to respond to change effectively
