Role Value Proposition: 

Global Operations (Global Ops) focuses on creating positive experiences for MetLife customers and helping the company make the best use of its global resources. We’re looking for unique talent with fresh perspectives that can propel innovation. In this role you will assess, design and deliver training to various functions of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience working in at least 1 LIFE segment for 2-3 years.
  • Participates in meetings with business management to assess learning and provides input into the development and design of required curriculum.
  • Delivers instruction and training materials to associates individually or within groups. Instruction materials may include instructor-led programs, self-paced e-learning programs, refreshers, or written manuals.
  • Evaluates progress of participants, monitors effectiveness of instructional programs and materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Subject matter expert in Life claims business product features.
  • Demonstrates competence at networking and building effective working relationships {interpersonal, communication, collaboration} skills.
  • Familiarity with franchise technology including hardware, software applications.
  • Deliver training in virtual or classroom setting leveraging Cisco WebEx and Microsoft Teams.
  • Exhibits flexibility with strong organizational skills in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
  • Competencies: Analytical thinking, Problem solving, Focus on Customers, demonstrates technical and functional expertise, Communicates effectively.
  • High School Diploma



  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years business experience equivalent with some background in teaching, training or facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of Company operations, products and services. Familiarity with business systems and transactions.
