Role Value Proposition: 

Conducts reviews, analyses and corresponds with relevant parties relevant to ADA requests.  Supports the maintenance of customer-specific data to ensure quality and accuracy.  Handle second level escalated customer contacts and phone referrals requiring additional research.  Manages an assigned caseload of moderately complex claims.  Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external customers.


Key Responsibilities:  

Moderate knowledge of ADA job accommodations. Strong customer focus and management. Basic knowledge of multiple systems and technology resources


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

2+ years claims experience

HS diploma.


Preferred Skills

Medical experience (medical coding, medical training or medical claims)

Bilingual Spanish/English
