Quality Assurance Manager (MPF)

Role in this position

§  Directly reporting to the Head of Agency Talent Management

§  Responsible for sales quality control on MPF and Insurance sales

§  Execute training strategies on MPF and Insurance

 

Responsibilities

§  Perform regular on-site quality assurance and monitoring field work related to regulated activities (including insurance and MPF business)

§  Perform sample checking and examining tasks for agency force’s sales activities, documentation and servicing

§  Investigate and analyze the deficiencies found

§  Provide regular, detailed and timely communication on the deficiencies found and take follow-up actions with agency force

§  Produce internal investigation reports and any related MIS information and analysis

§  Support ad-hoc projects related to insurance and MPF sales quality, sales process, control and monitoring

§  Identify the needs, design and deliver specific training program and tools to drive agents’ productivity to achieve the company’s business target and enhance sales quality.

 

 

Requirements

 

§  Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

§  With at least 5 years relevant experience.

§  Preferred professional qualifications include CLU, ChFC, CFMP, CFP, FLMI, REF

§  With excellent presentation, coaching and people skills.

§  Excellent knowledge of insurance and MPF products.

§  Familiarize with the regulation and industry standard of insurance and MPF activities.

§  Team player with sound analytical, planning and interpersonal skills

§  Candidate with less experience or with checker experience will also be considered as Assistant Quality Assurance Manager
