Unit Manager- Strategic Consulting

Job Responsibilities

• As-Is assessment of the current situation
• Perform the Gap Analysis, identify the Improvement areas and help define the opportunity sizing for Business Process Re-engineering and Improvement Initiatives
• Drive end to end alignment for project execution including local and global stakeholders and create all necessary project approval documentation and other internal requirements
• Help identify lean / automation opportunities
• Adhere to and support overall project management & governance activities
• Strengthen approaches and frameworks through best practices sharing and preparing use cases from completed projects

Experience

• 9-11 years of experience in process improvement engagements
• Expertise on process design and documentation;
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex ideas – for a wide variety of audiences.
