Job Responsibilities
- As-Is assessment of the current situation
- Perform the Gap Analysis, identify the Improvement areas and help define the opportunity sizing for Business Process Re-engineering and Improvement Initiatives
- Drive end to end alignment for project execution including local and global stakeholders and create all necessary project approval documentation and other internal requirements
- Help identify lean / automation opportunities
- Adhere to and support overall project management & governance activities
- Strengthen approaches and frameworks through best practices sharing and preparing use cases from completed projects
Experience
- 9-11 years of experience in process improvement engagements
- Expertise on process design and documentation;
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex ideas – for a wide variety of audiences.
