Basic Function

  1. Finance support to the
    1. GSS Leadership
    2. Global Business solution / GTO Finance

This resource will manage and execute Financial Consolidation and Reporting of all GSS (Global Shared Services) centers. He / She will work very closely with the In-Country Finance / FP&A teams to ensure that the GSS Financial goals are being measured, tracked and reported in a timely and accurate manner. He / She will also work closely with Corporate Finance, Global Operations Planning & Governance, Line of Business Finance and GTO Finance to ensure that there is a two way communication on all financial deliverables. He/ She will also work closely with GSS internal Production and Non-production teams to manage financial deliverables related Expense, Revenue, HC and Capacity management.

Essential Functions


  1. Expense Management
    1. Develop annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts
    2. Tracking of capital and operating expenses
      1. Ensure all expenses are tracked appropriately and in line with Functional need
      2. Ensure all Financial information and drivers are tracked for Management reporting
    3. Track and report all financial & non-financial drivers
    4. Periodic variance analysis and reviews working with budget owners.


  1.  Revenue Management
    1. Preparation of monthly invoice to Line of Business
    2. Develop annual budget and monthly rolling forecast for Revenue keeping existing run-rate and historical trend in mind along with stakeholder inputs
    3. Interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders related to budget / forecast / monthly bill
    4. Periodic variance analysis and reviews with budget owners.


  1. Headcount & Capacity Management
    1. Develop bottoms up budget and forecast for GOSC Headcount & track monthly performance against it
    2. Manage seating Capacity to optimum utilization basis demand and supply outlook to ensure smooth functioning of processes
    3. Monthly Headcount & Capacity reporting to management to discuss current situation & outlook and concern areas


  1. Business performance Analysis & Reporting
    1. Monthly Financial Performance Flash
    2. Variance analysis, closure and trending analysis against previous months and budgets support for Corporate submissions
    3. Preparing reporting packs and various other adhoc decision support/ review reports and analysis.
    4. Providing synopsis of KPIs to the GSS Finance organization and Business Partners.
    5. Business presentations support
    6. Facilitate and support all submissions to corporate

Technical Skills


  • Hyperion/EPBCS/COGNOS prior experience  or other financial systems
  • Must have Advanced excel & power point skills
  • Excellent analytical and research skills.

Soft Skills (Mandatory)


  • Self-motivated, well organized and flexible with a sense of urgency approach

Education Requirements

Should be an MBA (Finance specialization) or Qualified accountant
