Position Summary





               Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of all migration activities with Project Teams and stakeholders
  • Due Diligence & Migration planning activities
  • Optimizing Speed & Cost of migrations, and Partner with Operations to set up a sustainable steady state process
  • Governance and reporting for all migration projects
  • Work on program level initiatives as required
  • Will be responsible for closely working with GOSC Process owners (or their designated personnel) and local GOSC Management for reporting progress & raising issues on Migration projects
  • Ability and knowledge to raise & communicate Risks/Issues appropriately and partner with appropriate stakeholders to take them to closure
  • Work with various stakeholders, cross functional teams to ensure seamless migrations
  • Work as a natural team-player in the Migrations function and across other business functions.
  • Strong relationship management with LOB Process owners and PMO teams


  • Strong business process migration knowledge and ability to balance creativity and business risk while developing solutions to deliver high quality and speed, and low cost.
  • Strong understanding of BPO operations to accurately and practically relate solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence support groups in achieving project objectives.
  • Strong project management skills with analytical and execution orientation; must be capable of articulating migration deliverables and rallying all to deliver on the same
  • Should be capable of dealing with relationships sensitively with ability to manage conflicts adroitly
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; Ability to articulate and influence customers with clarity of thought process is a critical requirement
  • Should be capable of building and sustaining strong relationships with his / her own team, Local Leadership, US business / process owners and Service Partners
  • Certified in Project Management approaches and tools (PMP, Agile, Prince 2, GSS migration methodology) – preferred
  • Proven experience in Process Mapping tools (Visio, Microsoft Office suite, Blue works)        
  • Green Belt trained and drives a lean and agile mindset (preferably)



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



  • 10+ years of Experience in Operations Management, Process Management & Team Management and Transition .
