Position Summary:

 

This position will have direct responsibility, as a Group Program Management Office (PMO) representative, for the day- to -day program management of strategic programs ensuring operational excellence through the identification, prioritization, and implementation of projects / programs that meet strategic, tactical, market, and customer demands. Identifies and resolves project interdependencies, overlaps and integration concerns across the portfolio. Job Responsibilites:

 

  • Coordinate with Project stakeholders and ensure Project plan is updated and current
  • Create and maintain Project Data on SharePoint Portals
  • Monitor, track and implement Change Management Requests
  • Create, publish and maintain Project reports and dashboards
  • Project reporting to Senior stakeholders at States side partners
  • Working in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure timely deliverables
  • Project Governance
  • Review, Monitor, Analyze and Report Program/Project information
  • Follow ups with Program/ Project Managers on deliverables of the Projects
  • Should be able to understand Project Life Cycle and deliverables
  • Review/Develop Management presentations for Onshore & Offshore clients
  • Client Interaction, where required at the level of supervisors

Compiling data from source files and creating Reports on Excel and presenting them in a pivot table or PPT format. These reports are created for high level management to view results and performance levels of various financial and non-financial related activities.

 

Education: Graduates or Post-Graduates with at least 15 years of education

 

Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Business Process Off-shoring/Migration, Insurance industry
  • 3+ years of experience of Program & Project Management/ PMO role

Minimum 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Should have high level knowledge of Project Management Methodologies E.g. Agile, waterfall etc.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills with understanding of different phases in a Project
  • Expertise on Project Management tools, such as MS Project and SharePoint
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, such as Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of MS Visio will be preferred
  • Prior experience in handling State side or offshore stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Reporting fundamentals
  • Understanding of business Processes (As-is and to-be state)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate technical issues with conclusions and recommendations
  • Experience in creating and delivering Business presentations
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Quick learner with analytical bend of mind and eye for details
  • Self-motivated, well organized and flexible with a sense of urgency approach
  • Teamwork/ Managing Self / Adaptability to change
  • Ability to work successfully in production driven environment
  • Ability to manage large sums of data to track/compare and coordinate effectively
  • Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to business problems

Excellent documentation skills e.g. creating SOPs, process maps etc.

 

Other Requirements:

  • Should be proficient in MSP tool, Excel & PowerPoint
  • PMP/Prince2/Agile (Preferred but not mandatory)

Lean Six Sigma certification (Preferred but not mandatory)
