Basic Function

  1. Finance support to the
    1. GSS Leadership
    2. Global Business solution / GTO Finance

This resource will manage and execute Financial Consolidation and Reporting of all GSS (Global Shared Services) centers. He / She will work very closely with the In-Country FP&A teams to ensure that the GSS Financial goals are being measured, tracked and reported in a timely and accurate manner. He / She will also work closely with Corporate Finance, Global Operations Planning & Governance and GTO Finance to ensure that there is a two way communication on all financial deliverables

Essential Functions

  1. Expense Management
    1. Develop annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts
    2. Tracking of capital and operating expenses
      1. Ensure all expenses are tracked appropriately and in line with Functional need
      2. Ensure all Financial information and drivers are tracked for Management reporting
    3. Track and report all financial & non-financial drivers
    4. Periodic variance analysis and reviews working with budget owners.


  1. Business performance Analysis & Reporting
    1. Monthly Financial Performance Flash
    2. Variance analysis, closure and trending analysis against previous months and budgets support for Corporate submissions
    3. Preparing reporting packs and various other adhoc decision support/ review reports and analysis.
    4. Providing synopsis of KPIs to the GSS Finance organization and Business Partners.
    5. Business presentations support
    6. Facilitate and support all submissions to corporate

  1. GOSC Finance/Tax/Legal teams across sites in India
  2. GOSC Operations teams
  3. Functions: HR/IT/Facilities etc.

Technical Skills

  • Hyperion/EPBCS/COGNOS prior experience  or other financial systems
  • Must have Advanced excel & power point skills
  • Excellent analytical and research skills.

  • Planning & budgeting experience
  • Management reporting experience
