  • Experience with IT Risk and Security tools administration and vendor management, preferably in a Business Continuity Management role.
  • Demonstrates clear, analytical thinking, sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; demonstrating ability to effectively present information to, and interact well with, different levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and foster client relationships.
  • Experience with Database Management Services (DBMS) and MS Excel formulas to support database metrics and reporting.
  • Familiar with the Application Lifecyle Management process utilizing best practices for tools support and administration.
  • Familiar with the Application Change Management process in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence results without direct authority
  • Experience creating reports with Power BI software.




  • Certification CBCP or AMBCI
  • Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines: ISO 22301, FFIEC, and ITIL.
  • Familiar with Agile methodology.
