Role Value Proposition: 

As a member of the Real Estate & Corporate Services team, the Senior Financial Analyst position will be responsible for preparing the financial analysis for occupied real estate transactions and supporting global teams during the business case approval process.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Create complex Excel based financial modeling for corporate real estate transactions (acquisition, disposition, leasing, subleasing)
  • Prepare portfolio reporting for US GAAP financial filings and Board reporting requirements
  • Analyze portfolio level performance metrics for strategic real estate planning and decision making
  • Provide analytical support to the global RE teams and drive the business case approval process by preparing financial analysis and ensuring all corporate governance approvals are obtained
  • Liaise with finance and accounting projection teams to review assumptions and ensure the impact of portfolio decisions are properly reflected within business plans
  • Continually develop, improve, and document the teams analytical tools and processes


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:



  • BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, or real estate
  • 3+ years professional experience in financial analysis and/or corporate real estate
  • Understanding of cash and GAAP accounting concepts applicable to corporate real estate
  • Ability to create and audit large, complex Excel based financial models
  • Advanced use of all Excel functionality (use of VBA not required)
  • Independent thinker who can diligently review business case assumptions and ask probing questions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel / PowerPoint / Word / Outlook)



  • Experience working in a global company and collaborating with teams outside of the U.S.
  • Handling multiple assignments simultaneously under deadlines
