Role Value Proposition: 

Under general supervision, perform routine tasks around pre-implementation processing of new Structured Settlement Annuities (SSA)


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Route case documentation to team members and perform related document management tasks including document indexing, distribution, and assignment receipt tracking
  2. Send outgoing correspondence to customers:
    1. SSA Requirements Letters
    2. SSA Premium Confirmation Letters
    3. SSA Requirements Follow Up Letters
    4. SSA Commission Confirmation Letters
    5. SSA Upcoming First Payment Letters
  3. Review incoming SSA documents for accuracy and completeness
  4. Process installation of Structured Settlement Annuities
  5. Process Manual Journal Entries
  6. Process the Good Order of SSA Certificates / Contracts (Manual or Automated)
  7. Perform other duties as assigned or required


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:



  1. Sound knowledge of the unit’s business procedures, products and services, and production reporting systems
  2. Ability to assess the accuracy, validity, and integrity of data
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  4. Demonstrates solutions orientation and ability to work independently
  5. Attention to detail and strong time management skills
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and various web-based applications
