Role Value Proposition:

The Post Implementation Review (PIR) Analyst will be responsible for supporting the PIR process for completed Global Technology and Operations (GTO) programs. The PIR process includes: stakeholder engagement; objectives/metrics identification; data gathering; analysis and documentation of findings.  The PIR Analyst is responsible for conducting PIRs and completing management summaries in addition to tracking and reporting PIR status. Above all, the PIR Analyst must deliver a clear and concise executive summary by working with partners to tell accurate program completion stories that serve as a basis for accountability and organizational learning.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Researches committed plans and realized results for completed GTO programs
  • Compiles, challenges, and reviews program results
  • Develops summary of findings for a senior executive audience
  • Works with VP GTO Governance to resolve challenges related to the team PIR submissions
  • Analyzes data, identifies and solves for gaps to ensure completeness of program evaluation
  • Works with VP GTO Governance to classify program results according to targets
  • Schedules meetings with stakeholders, supports meetings, and provides meeting minutes
  • Plans and communicates reviews including key milestones and deliverables
  • Uses Excel to track metrics and contribute to the dashboard for real-time status and reporting
  • Builds and maintains working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Ensures excellent communication and coordination of activities to ensure service level agreement is maintained
  • Manages PIR pipeline


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:



  • 7+ years of business analysis skills including some program / project management
  • 7+ years of oral communication skills including interfacing with senior management
  • 7+ years of financial services / insurance experience
  • 3+ years of technical writing or editing experience
  • 3+ years of financial analysis skills
  • Strong personal organization
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience required



  • 7+ years of related work experience in post-close program analysis
  • 3+ years of analysis skills partnering with financial controllers to validate program financial results
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
