As a Business Process Analyst, you are passionate about the project management profession and want to support the functions that are critical to the success of a project. This position is in our Global Technology & Operations organization.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supports multiple Enterprise Programs to ensure smooth operation of key program management processes
  • Works with program and project managers to maintain deadlines for operating meetings including data and presentation submittals
  • Ensures program meeting cadence is met
  • Assists in the total lifecycle of meeting management from scheduling and set-up, facilitation (often via WebEx and VTC) to post-meeting
  • Creates schedules of processes deliverables and meetings to enable coordination and ensure workstream inclusion
  • Communicates relevant information to all team members, such as change in schedule dates, new processes or enhancements, and availability of information
  • Compiles and maintains standard reports as required
  • Assists in the development of presentations and the execution of communication plans as requested
  • Maintains comprehensive project documentation including program tools, critical documentation and evidence of governance
  • Maintains program SharePoint/Box sites including optimal structure and access control
  • Assists the program/project managers with other activities as requested


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • High School Diploma
  • 2-5 years working in a similar position
  • Solid oral and written communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence
  • Strong capacity to manage own performance independently and effectively, exhibiting excellent time management, strong organization and detail orientation
  • High collaboration and team focus, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong information technology skills and a high level of proficiency with common business software including the MS Office Suite


  • Familiar with project management concepts and processes
  • Self-directed and highly motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Sharepoint or other collaborative platforms
