Summary of Responsibilities:   

Overview:  Account Manager role creates a single point of contact and accountability for Brokers & Employers, focused on activities leading to increased revenue growth & persistency.  Role has accountability for the end-to-end service experience for customers and brokers.


Principle Responsibilities:

  • Confirm sold plan design
  • Implementation facilitation
  • Coordination with VSC on enrollment execution
  • Proactive broker & customer outreach
  • Stewardship strategy & preparation
  • Single point of entry for Brokers
  • Broker & Customer Escalations
  • “Natural Work Team” Quarterback
  • Renewal consultation, Plan Design consultation
  • Broker Administrator Training
  • Processing of broker commission paperwork


Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:

  • 5 plus years’ experience in customer/broker service

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage across a matrix team
