Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
Graduate in Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration with at least 15 years of education..
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a related field is required as AM or TL.
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Experience required in reconciliations, reporting, general accounting, SOX audit walkthroughs etc. is preferred.

Lead discussions with Stateside teams on various forums like review meetings, weekly virtual huddles etc.
Knowledge of Lean principles and application.
Prior experience of working on applications like PeopleSoft, CORAL, and Frontier etc. Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training – if required)
Proficient knowledge of CMMI modules
