Role Value Proposition: 

MeLife’s Information Security team is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst for our Access, Cloud and Data Security business. This role serves as a key member of the Privileged Identity Management team, focusing on coordinating and documenting onboarding efforts for CyberArk. The individual must be a proven self-starter taking initiatives and proactively working on ongoing projects. This role requires strong communication, analysis skills and problem-solving skills. This role will be responsible for creating solutions to meet our business goals – working in an agile delivery model.

 

    

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Onboard Accounts / Platforms in CyberArk
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and requirements review
  • Provide subject matter expertise on privileged identity management policies and standards, and answer questions to assist in onboarding effort to CyberArk
  • Suggest and execute process improvements to accelerate our onboarding program
  • Define user stories based on business requirements

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: 

 

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience with Active Directory Administration
  • 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or a Consultant creating technology solutions
  • BA/BS degree required, major in related field preferred
  • Expert skills in requirements elicitations, and analysis and translate business requirements into effective, structured, traceable, and consumable functional requirements
  • Experience creating requirements documentation: Use Cases, User Stories
  • Data analysis experience using excel – Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience in agile methodologies - Demonstrated success as a member of an Agile team and experience in various Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focused attention to details, as well as, demonstrated professionalism and time/task management skills; ability to establish strong relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Partner with multiple teams to deliver results.

Expected behavior:

Preferred:

  • 5+ years’ experience as Active Directory Administrator
  • 3+ years’ experience developing Powershell scripts

Experience with Agile and DevOps Methodology

The wage range for this position specific to Colorado is 70,400 to 93,800.  The role is eligible for incentive compensation under the MetLife Annual Variable Incentive Plan ("AVIP").  Your eligibility for and award of incentives are governed by the terms of the plan.
