Role Value Proposition: 

Work closely with clients and other IT team members to understand the departmental stakeholder requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Design, develop, and implement applications leveraging data assets and follow the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC). Working collaboratively in an AGILE & Dev Ops Methodology and able to take a holistic view of the technical environment. Deliver positive customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and code programs; create test transactions and run tests to find errors and revise programs.
  • Write documentation that describes installation and operating procedures.
  • Interface with system designers to design, code, test, and implement application programs.
  • Assist in developing application specifications.
  • They are responsible for the design and implementation of applications’ build, release, deployment, and configuration activities.
  • Working with internal business partners to gather requirements, prototyping, architecting, implementing/updating solutions, building and executing test plans.
  • Performing quality reviews, managing operations, and triaging and fixing operational issues.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / diploma (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field and 3+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years related work experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in one or more of the following: .Net, Java / J2EE, C#, AS/400, DB2, MS SQL
  • MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
