Role Value Proposition: 

Individual provides direct supervision of an organizational component performing moderate to intermediate complex analytical, technical and procedural assignments from implementation through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Supports staff with developing personal growth opportunities
  • Accomplishes goals by coaching and counseling, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Completes operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; implementing new procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people
  • Manages critical relationships with business partners
  • Work jointly with other business areas to drive and support goals and objective and speed to market for project deployment, turn-around time.
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities that will create an ‘ease to do business’ environment for internal/external customer.
  • Determines proper course of action for unique or escalated cases.
  • Participates in special projects.

  • Supervises Subject Matter Experts
  • Proficient software skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Enjoys collaborating to problem solve and identify the best solutions for our Customers and Business

  • Prior Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience working in P&C Business or other Operational function
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving 
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships and working collaboratively


Occasional Travel may be required
