Role Value Proposition: 

This role will work with Audit Management Action Plan (MAP) and Risk Finding Owners to outline remediation solutions, develop detailed implementation plans, manage progress against plan and drive to on-time and within budget closure of Audit MAPs and Risk Findings. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Assist the Audit Management Action Plan (MAP) and Risk Finding Owner to develop and document the detailed implementation plan.

Manage monitor and continually drive progress against the MAP and Risk Finding Remediation/Implementation plans.

Work closely with and support Teams responsible for remediation (add value) to develop Audit and Risk Finding closure evidence to be presented to Audit and InfoSec .

Facilitate recurring internal meetings with MAP and Risk Finding Owners and Remediation Teams to manage progress, clear roadblocks and drive to on-time closure.

Proactively identify risks to plan and escalate timeously to allow for risk mitigation.

Accountable to accurately measure progress against plan and raise risk to end date

Drive consistent delivery and management of MAP and Risk Finding Remediation management across the regions.   

Deliver regular and standardized reporting of MAP and Risk Findings Remediation status.

Support The Regional Risk Management Leader in managing the Regional Internal/ External Audit  & Risk Finding Portfolios.

Co-ordinate controls assessment and monitoring across the Region as the Controls Framework is built out.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • 5+ years in a technology infrastructure experience
  • Solid understanding of IT Audit and Risk Framework.
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Solid English written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and present clear IT project plans and executive level status reports
  • Ability to motivate and lead project teams (indirect reports) in a global matrix organization
  • Strong Teamwork/collaboration/partnership skills
  • Self-directed/Driven and highly self-motivated
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with roles of authority
  • Personable, conscientious, ability to cope with pressure, prioritize work appropriately and manage multiple priorities.
  • CISA , CRISC certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20 percent). The role is based in Ireland (Galway or Dublin) with travel required throughout the EMEA Region
  • Fluent English both in speaking and writing
  • EU National or Visa Equivalent to work within the EU
