Role Value Proposition: 

The main purpose of the HR Solutions Specialist role is to enable an enhanced employee experience while being the HR local point of contact for operational support and supporting the end-to-end HR processes serving as the lynchpin between HRBPs and the broader HRSS organization, including the Accenture team.  


This role supports Business Leaders and HR to mobilize effective and forward-thinking people solutions by providing end-to-end integrated talent support and utilizing growing functional and business knowledge to tailor programs and solutions.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll end to end
  • All reports relating to payroll
  • Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of the employee portal, reviewing feedback, and updating articles
  • Support strategic partners with the Tier 2 employee queries
  • Manage relationships and collaborate with a strategic partner. Administer different HR requests for changes related to labor contract conditions or other requests received from managers and employees, maximize results from HR partners
  • Provides support to HR for organizational changes and organizational design initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with external HR vendors – prepare risk assessments for HR agreed-on vendors linked to the HR service area
  • Provide advice and support on planning for annual compensation reviews, be active during the compensation planning process
  • Prepare reports and analyses related to the compensation and benefits for employees
  • Come up with proposals and implement actions related to employee retention
  • Maintain the relationships and collaborate with: Employee Relations team EMEA, the Compensation & Benefits teams EMEA, the talent acquisition team
  • Coordinate vendor management process across HR and provide oversight on supplier tasks
  • Proposals for processes improvement and increased efficiency in the HR area, for the process under the direct responsibility
  • Provide HR support for the annual HR budget process
  • Provide support to HRBP’s, for requests relating to promotions, terminations, etc. 
  • Fitness & Probity (F&P)
  • SEAR (Senior Executive Accountability Regime)
  • Accruals for AVIP – monthly
  • Point of contact for site/office information ad-hoc (Galway and Dublin)
  • Visa support point of contact. Support global mobility.

Education, Experience, and Certifications 


  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Relevant experience in HR, min 3 years experience in similar roles
