Role Purpose:

 

Proactively and energetically support Agency and Direct Sales Force teams through professional In-Class & Market Joint Field Work / Field Training. Achieve and exceed the stated qualitative and quantitative results, focused on the establishment and development of new Insurance Advisors high productivity & sustainable quality of sales. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with Business Development Manager & Sales Managers in order to deliver a sustainable Field Training Plan for each new Advisor.
  • Adopt MetLife sales process and practices, in order to perform in the field, both in demonstration & observation role, during joint field work.
  • Ensure implementation of the Insurance Advisor’s “Sales Process Best Practices” & MetLife’s “Sales Practices Quality Program”.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders giving accurate and constructive feedback through the Field Training process.
  • Support in-house training sessions in the field of sales process.
  • Support preparation and execution of New Insurance Agents Certification plan.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship management skills with stakeholders and Customers (internal & external) 
  • Perform enhanced collaborative style of work ‘with and through Field Force to support the development of Insurance Advisors so that the 3 drivers of business – Activity, Productivity and Average Premium – are driven to achieve the desired objectives.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders giving accurate and constructive feedback through the Field Training process.

 

Candidate Qualifications:

 

Business Knowledge/Technical Skills

  • University Degree - preferably in finance / business administration
  • Proven Successful record of Life Insurance Sales for the last 3-5 years, in the UAE.
  • Experience in multinational companies (desirable)
  • Field Manager experience, considered as an asset
