If you embrace change, this is the position for you.  If selected, you will provide quality service by responding to email inquiries regarding Property & Casualty insurance products and/or coverages from internal and external customers.  This position will provide the opportunity for you to become multi-skilled as mastering several different processes will be required.


Functional Responsibilities: 

  • Executes workflow processes to deliver quality service; responds to email inquiries regarding property & casualty insurance products and/or coverages from internal and external customers
  • Achieves individual objectives and assists team in achieving unit goals
  • Assists in identifying and developing workflow processes to support implementation and execution strategies contained in corporate business plans 
  • Drives continuous improvement; recommends solutions that make it easier for customers to do business
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or required

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-3 + years relevant customer service or financial services industry experience
  • Property & Casualty insurance knowledge
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Solution driven; Ability to improve processes
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office)
