Role Value Proposition: 

 

Provide processing, administration, and delivery of various client and financial services, resolves client inquiries, and exceed customer expectations. May include financial accounting and projections, billing and banking reconciliation, financial reporting/analysis, project management, problem resolution, implementation and customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Address and resolve complex and critical client escalation issues.
  • Perform complex tasks independently for a portfolio of accounts.
  • Manage relationships and complex tasks for a portfolio of assigned accounts

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

 

Required:

  • Proficient oral/written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analysis.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization.
  • Moderate knowledge of group products, services and systems.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

The wage range for applicants for this position is $41,600-$57,600. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. MetLife offers a comprehensive benefits program, including healthcare benefits, life insurance, retirement benefits, parental leave, legal plan services and paid time off. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
