Role Value Proposition: 

The Global Customer Solutions team is seeking a skilled BSA with Salesforce.com experience.  He/She will meet with business partners to review/understand business requirements & needs.  The BSA will manage user expectations and requirements scope. They will create functional requirements, use cases, and will work closely with the testing teams to validate requirements during testing phases. They may participate in project sizing requests, along with various other analytical tasks as needed to ensure success criteria for a deliverable is clear before delivery, as well as after delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Acts as a primary SME liaison between business users, business analysts and IT project team

  • Lead requirements elicitation and definition

  • Create functional requirements & use cases

  • Facilitate functional requirement walkthroughs

  • Works with the Project Manager to ensure compliance to the System Development Life Cycle

     

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Possesses expertise in the business units they support, as well as, an understanding of the IT organization’s systems and capabilities
  • 5+ years of relevant technical or business work experience
  • 3+ years business systems analysis experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field.   Or equivalent work experience

 

Required:

  • Contact Center experience

  • Experience working in waterfall & agile SDLC

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to work with various business areas & IT leadership

  • 3+ years Salesforce experience

     

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Certification preferred
