Senior Sales Compensation Payment Specialist

Role Value Proposition: Global Technology & Operations (GTO) includes over 17,000 associates across 42 countries Service our customers in operations and global customer call centers where we deliver global support services, including global real estate, global corporate security, and global innovation. Track, report, analyze, and presents financial and operational metrics to determine operational efficiency, staffing needs, productivity, trends, etc. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Calculates, adjusts, and processes compensation/ commission payments for agents and brokers in an accurate and timely fashion; researches, determines, calculates, and processes necessary adjustments 
  • Receives and responds to inquiries and complaints from the agents and brokers regarding payments 
  • Provides periodic and ad hoc reporting, referring complex inquiries to higher level personnel
  • Analyzes and reconciles simple to moderately complex discrepancies, which require the collection and review of payment histories to locate missing payments and/or locate errors; tracks and reports all exceptions
  • Maintains and revises procedures as needed to ensure proper documentation exists. 
  • Performs monthly and quarterly manual compensation reconciliations. 
    Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
  • Minimum of six months of customer service experience required
  • Strong mathematical skills and analytical aptitude
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills




  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of commissions experience required
