Role Value Proposition: 

This role will be primarily responsible for the implementation of the retirewise financial education workshops including system set up of events and customizing materials.  Collecting and inputting data into the events to complete the sales process.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive and prioritize events for workshops for a PlanSmart region to FSR’s upcoming workshops and materials for sales team for events that have passed.
  • Identify, research, troubleshoot and resolve issues and communicate the end results and process improvements to all internal partners.
  • Interface with sales team/Strategic Analytics and Marketing to get work done
  • Handle diverse and complex situations which may require identification and selection of solutions through acquired knowledge and enhanced problem solving ability.
  • Provides reporting including trends and statistics to management.
  • Interface to begin to build relationships with Internal contacts including Account Executives
  • Attain a competent level of product knowledge and the selling process.
  • Work within diversified, established procedures and standards.
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and can work independently.
  • Help support, grow sales team with Financial Education Implementation support

 

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required

  • Ability to focus on the client needs.
  • PC proficient and able to navigate in multitude of systems and databases at the same time 
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, primarily an above average user of Microsoft Excel and some knowledge of Access.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Work well meeting deadlines and under pressure
  • Produce consistent results with attention to detail
  • Work well with other business partners / team members
  • Minimum 3-4 years of related business experience
  • Able to handle other duties as requested
  • High School Diploma
