The Business Systems Analyst Associate will be part of the Corporate Systems Finance IT team responsible for driving and managing key relationships between the Finance IT team and the cross functional IT teams. The associate will have responsibility for application support and IT business controls for multiple applications. This associate will work across IT functional teams to drive IT application and process control consistency. The associate will help other team members and leadership resolve IT Risk control issues, production management and other teams on issue logging and tracking.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Facilitate and maintain IT Risk and Compliance documentation for multiple organizational applications.
  • Maintain/monitor/control access to SharePoint documentation for organization and assist management with Identity & Access Controls.
  • Single Point of Control/Subject Matter Expert for Incident & Change Management Process.
  • Collaborate and assist other team members with functional testing.
  • Drives collaboration across functional and cross-functional teams.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT related field or 5+ years in related field or equivalent demonstrated work experience and/or certifications.
  • 2+ years Business Systems Analyst or Project Management discipline or comparable business and technical experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize concurrent key tasks.
  • Knowledge SQL Query, Office 365 and MS Office productivity tools.



    Demonstrated experience in matrix environment identifying risk and working across teams to implement solutions.

  • IT Risk and Controls knowledge and/or acumen.
  • Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Finance Suite.
  • IT Testing Methodology/SDLC
  • Financial or Insurance Industry Experience
