Role Value Proposition: 

Participates in RPA solution design, configuration and implementation of business process automations.



Key Responsibilities: 

  • Configures new RPA processes and objects using documented standards and best practices.
  • Configures and tests RPA processes and objects for projects of moderate complexity and scope.
  • Prepares documentation for RPA processes and objects used in projects of moderate complexity and scope.
  • Assists in developing Solution Design Documentation (SDD).
  • Participates in post- implementation reviews of both RPA artifact content and process to maximize and share learning.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and support of major application builds and/or enhancements.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
  • The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
  • Interacting with Business to create a detailed Business requirement document.
  • Has understanding or Server process. Services etc. needed for any deployments or bot management
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
  • Coach and mentor beginning and intermediate developers on staff.
  • 8+ years of related work experience



  • Exposure to scripting and macros.
  • Deep experience with debugging existing configuration and process
  • Understanding of Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to troubleshoot and resolve all application defects/bugs.
  • Experience in managing Robot load balancing
  • Control room management – Bot Performance & Monitoring, Load balancing, Audit Logs



  • Overall understanding of networking principles and Active Directory
  • Programming experience in Microsoft Dot Net.
  • Knowledge of APIs or Web Services
  • Experience with Agile development projects
  • Quick learner of new tools and technologies.
  • Understanding of the Insurance business process
