Role Value Proposition: 

The Source to Pay Governance Analyst will participate in assessment, documentation, deployment and running S2P end-to-end Governance program.  The program will be continuously assessing and improving as the business transforms and the S2P Operational Model and Organization matures.  The S2P analyst will play a key role in documentation and material development for Leadership.

   

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in the process assessment and documentation of the new Governance model.
  • Analyze Source to Pay analytics, through PowerBI reporting, to determine areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate reports, presentation and systems updates to S2P Governance program.
  • Synthesize internal and external inputs into easily understood visuals, i.e. charts, graphs, presentations, etc.
  • Participate and deploy in conjunction with Data & Analytics team the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Work within the governance tools to document and provide updates on cross functional projects.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • BA/BS or equivalent degree required, preferred concentration in Supply Chain operations
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain & operations or management consulting
  • Understanding of procurement, the Source to Pay process, and the role it plays within the Enterprise
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills

 

Preferred:

  • BA/BS or equivalent degree required, preferred concentration in Supply Chain operations
  • Proficiency with procurement data, analysis and identifying insights within data
  • Quick study – able to gain a fact-based understanding of current supplier base, supplier economics and major trends in relevant markets
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint,Excel and Business Intellignce tools, i.e. Microsoft PowerBI
  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay tools (Ariba) a plus
  • Process documentation methodology and tools knowledge a plus
  • Interest in Project Management and supporting tools is a plus
