Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform requirements analysis, design and implementation using Adobe Analytics across different business areas for MetLife at a global scale

  • Develop, configure, and publish report suites and dashboards to business stakeholders for KPIs measurements

  • Troubleshoot Adobe Analytics environment and configuration issues and work with product vendor to resolve and tune for performance

  • Continually drive both incremental and transformative change to deliver substantial performance enhancements and actively seek opportunities to share best practices across the organization.

  • Must be resourceful and creative, bring fresh out-of-the-box insights to a dynamic business environment to address critical issues, develop creative solutions, and deliver measurable value


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of implementation experience using Adobe Analytics

  • Ability to communicate with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, translate those into technical specifications and ultimately implement the metrics using Adobe Analytics

  • Demonstrated Expertise in all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) according to agile methodologies.

  • Hands on experience with design and documentation of analytics tracking for the digital platforms including web and mobile apps.

  • Expertise in providing end to end Web Analytics services from tech specs, implementation, analysis & business strategy (optimization) and KPI reporting



  • Adobe Analytics Developer certified

  • Experience on other Adobe Marketing Cloud products such as Adobe Launch, as Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager is a plus
