Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, design and implement innovative UX solutions across the employee experience portfolio advancing the Employee Experience vision
  • Collaborate with the management and agile team to set expectations and prioritize features throughout the development life cycle
  • Work effectively with management and team members to clarify needs and plan delivery of major product changes, future versions and new products
  • Experience in leading and mentoring team members in architecting, designing, and planning out complex technical implementations for the Employee Experience portfolio
  • Research and stay up-to-date with development trends, and recommend improvements and optimizations to the technical stack

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years software development experience working with modern JavaScript framework, C#, .NET, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, iOS and/or Mobile App development
  • Strong focus on meeting commitments and deliverables
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires the individual to simultaneously manage several projects, with tight deadlines, while paying attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to articulate and present ideas and solutions in clear and concise fashion to business partners, colleagues, and leadership team
  • Experience in leading and collaborating with team members in defining best practices for software development

 

Preferred:

  • Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment
  • Strong design, coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of end-user experiences and their interaction with web applications
  • Experience with GIT, TFS, Node, Angular, C# Web API Framework, SPO, CSOM, React
