Position:  Senior Test Consultant - Automation (Cary, North Carolina)

Duties: Support various highly technical organizational initiatives surrounding the quality control of application and infrastructure changes, including assessing and testing efforts across multiple enterprise applications. Support the quality control of application and infrastructure changes, including assessing and testing efforts. Provide technical direction for the testing organization. Develop and implement automation standards. Responsible for implementing of the test a automation framework and any in-house tools. Apply key industry knowledge surrounding system design processes, methodologies and testing tools. Ensure properly designed test cases and application of appropriate and efficient test analysis, design and coverage. Perform defect trend analysis and root cause analysis, as well as ensure SOX compliance and execution.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Electronics Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience performing systems testing. Must possess the following: performing software testing analysis and design (5 years); performing software quality review and testing, including performing functional and non-functional testing and reviewing requirements, design and code (5 years); developing testing automation frameworks and executing testing using tools, including HP Unified Functional Test, Rational Integration Tester, TestComplete or Selenium (5 years); and using automation products and tools, including ParaSoft Virtualization or Rational Test Virtualization, to create testing environments (3 years).
