As an experienced Scrum Master you will be responsible for ensuring that our DevOps Platform & Enablement teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. This role will support the growth of our global DevOps platform to drive Agile / DevOps delivery across the enterprise and will be a key element of our overall transformation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SCRUM team using Agile methodology and SCRUM practices, and provide education where needed, e.g. standups, retrospectives, iteration planning, PI Planning, etc.
  • Help the product owners and scrum team(s) to meet objectives and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Create reports and provide actionable metrics to the team and management.
  • Partner with key teams across the organization to eliminate impediments.
  • Actively manage interdependencies between dependent teams. Anticipate and address or escalate potential or actual impediments to team delivery.


Experience and Technical Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant work or project experience 7 – 10 years in a corporate IT environment
  • 3 + years as a Scrum Master
  • Expertise in multiple agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple scrum teams simultaneously
  • Knowledge and use of industry standard tools, e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira.
  • Strong understanding of application development lifecycle management (DevOps and CI/CD).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. Must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment



  • Scrum Master and/or SAFe certified
