Role Value Proposition:

Duties: Partner with the Operations and Engineering teams to explore new Informatica tools, linking technical capabilities to strategic vision and business needs. Move to a dedicated RADAM Informatica 10.2 infrastructure to gain new functionality, better performance and platform stability to support business requirements. Coach and mentor the Informatica development team to ensure delivery of optimal user experiences. Work with program managers to deliver against plan and targets. Oversee concurrent software development activities on multiple projects and manage the successful completion of all technical deliverables, including detailed technical design, software development, and unit testing process. Ensure that quality standards are met by both onshore and offshore teams. Assist Manager with key application activities, including recertification, enterprise application inventory, risk management, and release planning.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or electronic engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus seven (7) years of experience administering software installations, upgrades, migrations, and root cause analysis for platform support using Informatica Power Center (9.x or above), Power Exchange, Data Transformation (DT), B2B Data Exchange (DX), Unix and Linux Operating Systems, Unix Scripting, and SQL. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirement not applicable to this section) -- must possess the following: performing big data management to ensure data quality and accessibility for business intelligence and big data analytics applications using Cleo MFT, XML, XSD, and Data Validation Option (9.6.1 HF3) (4 years); managing data in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Informatica Data Archive (2 years); performing master data management to improve uniformity and quality of key data assets, including product data, customer data, and location data; and managing offshore teams (4 years). Must possess PowerCenter Data Integration 10: Administrator, Specialist Certification.
