Opportunity to join a progressive solutions development team that focuses on financial services solutions as it pertain to customer engagement & communications.  You will help lead conversion of legacy document composition systems to our global standard platform Quadient.  You will help lead designing solutions based on internal business challenges and simplify customer engagements.  You will help lead development of Proof of Concepts (PoC) solutions to jump start fast moving business challenges.   

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands on development in Quadient Inspire Platform with a focus on Quadient Inspire Scaler and Dynamic communications
  • Completing Code reviews, security flaw review and remediation
  • Analyzing, designing, and driving solutions for major components and features
  • Implementing enterprise caliber web, mobile and backend solutions
  • Interfacing with key stakeholders and business leaders
  • Working with cross-functional teams for delivery
  • Leading the collection and documentation of technical requirements
  • Mentoring Mid/Junior Software Engineers
  • Investigating and resolving production management incidents, problems, and service requests

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: ­­ 

 

Required:

  • 3 to 4 years’ experience in the Agile framework, delivery model and tools.
  • 3+ years extensive knowledge in either Quadient (GMC) Inspire product suite - Designer, Automation, Scalar and Interactive, Digital Advantage Suite (DAS) or Dynamic Communications (DC).
  • Experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle using document compositions tools.
  • Ability to create and design complex forms in Inspire Designer based on the business specifications.
  • Ability to deliver end-to-end print applications solutions in the CCM space.

 

Preferred:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of development experience with any programming language; JavaScript/HTML5 is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience working in Azure DevOps framework
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience working with JSON, XML and XSD Schema
  • Experience with Use case / Functional Design Review, Technical Design Review, and Test Cases review
  • Experienced with DB2, SQL Server – Using Data Modeling tools a plus
  • Plus, if you have experience with xPression, OpenText Exstream or Smart Communications
  • Experience in cloud implementation / migrations highly desired

The wage range for applicants for this position is  $84,700-112,900. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
