Role Value Proposition:

Perform project/program management functions for the technology organization. Projects and Programs managed are of varying complexity in nature, involving coordination of resources (people and technology) across the larger technology organization. Responsible for identification and resolution of project interdependencies, integration and collision concerns across the department and the enterprise. Role requires strong IT and Project/Program Management skills; PMP and/or PgMP and/or CSM/SAFe certification


Key Responsibilities:

Leads and executes projects typically medium to large in duration and complexity. Leads project review meetings, documents minutes and project status, updates project plans, backlogs, ceremonies and resolves open issues etc.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Detailed knowledge and/or experience with technology concepts and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (i.e.: Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, SAFe, scrum etc.)
  • Proficient with office automation tools (MS Office suite of applications, email, Internet, etc.)
  • Experience working with Project Portfolio Management tools
  • Experienced with managing offshore teams and/or vendors.
  • Excellent communication inclusive of written, verbal and listening; analytical, negotiation, problem-resolution skills.
  • Customer Service Orientation and strong teamwork
  • PMP/PgMP certified
  • CSM/SAFe certified



  • Deep knowledge Financial/Budgeting Projects
  • Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint
  • Project/Program Management
  • 8+ relevant experience




  • Leader, problem solver
  • Communication
  • Working knowledge of Clarity, Jira
  • Bachelor’s: Accounting, Finance, Computer Science
  • Proficient with Waterfall and Agile project management
