Role Value Proposition: 

As a member of Global Infrastructure – Application Platform Technologies (APT), this role will be part of a team focused on streamlining and optimizing how we take on, execute, and report on project-related work, regardless of where it originates.

This role requires the ability to examine the current processes and methodologies for project intake, resource assignment, and ongoing metrics collection and analysis.  Candidates are expected to be comfortable with experimentation of new processes, tools, and data collection.

 

As a Senior Project Delivery Analyst, you will have a grounded understanding of project and program management principles, preferably through direct project experience utilizing Agile methodologies. You will be well-versed in tracking and communicating status, along with escalating issues as needed.  You’re comfortable explaining your team’s analyses and recommendations to organizational leaders and discussing technical estimates with platform infrastructure analysts.

This role will have a strong focus on process optimization, data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.  The Senior Project Delivery Analyst will play an integral role in transforming the Intake and Delivery function of APT. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze the end-to-end processes for APT work intake and identify optimization opportunities
  • Research, identify, and recommend resource tracking and management tools to complement existing toolsets
  • Collaborate across multiple internal and external teams to integrate new tools / processes into existing ones
  • Analyze currently available resource tracking, work delivery metrics – identify gaps and determine best method(s) for resolving them
  • Collaborate with APT technical domain leadership to ensure consistent alignment with process evolutions
  • Identifies interdependencies to ensure alignment of resources with delivery schedule
  • Demonstrates a desire for continuous learning and innovation
     

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
 

Required

  • 5+ years related work experience in project/program management/ delivery/ continuous improvement 
  • Experience managing and tracking multiple parallel projects
  • Excellent data organization, detailed analytical and interpretation skills
  • Supports focused project recovery activities including quick situational analysis, needs assessment, and hands-on collaboration, along with issue, risk, and change management
     

Preferred

  • Awareness and demonstrated experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Adept at working with geographically dispersed, Global teams
  • Contributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and partnership with a willingness to facilitate, share knowledge, and advocate for a quickly evolving technology organization
  • Understands and can operate effectively within fit-for-purpose (Agile/Waterfall) project methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
