Senior Consultant - Identity Access Management

Role Value Proposition: 

This role will support the analysis and implementation of customer fraud protection solutions and enhance MetLife identity protection across externally facing websites and call centers globally. IT Risk & Security professional leader with experience in Authentication Technology and Identity Proofing, experience in managing multiple enterprise-level projects in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

    

Key Responsibilities: 

  • To achieve the secure standards expected by our business, senior executives and Board, this role will ensure that we can strategically enhance our identity protection across our external facing websites and call center processes globally.
  • This position will support the strategy definition, project rollout, and BAU sustainment for identity proofing and authentication to meet needs of a top-class financial / insurance company.
  • The role will be responsible for roadmap development, identity related threat assessments and technical subject matter expertise. 
  • The successful candidate will support expediting the strategy development and eventual deployment of a strategic solution while providing continuity from strategy through deployment and into BAU

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

 

  • 3-5 years’ experience with authentication technologies
  • Prior experience or demonstrated comprehension of identity proofing
  • 5-10 years Project Management experience in running multiple, strategic or enterprise-level projects
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Accomplished change agent/leader, able to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment

 

Required:

  • Proven track record of managing and successfully delivering multiple complex projects
  • IT Risk & Security, Identity/Access Management background
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

 

Preferred:

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Experience implementing identity fraud technologies
