Role Value Proposition:

Duties: Create and execute A/B and multivariate tests that drive fundamental improvements to website experience and performance, focusing on conversion rate and UX improvements (30%). Develop advanced tagging strategies for measuring attribution, capture multi-channel campaign performance across all digital and offline channels, and communicate technical details to web development partners, applying analytics tagging specs and requirements (5%). Collaborate with enterprise analytics teams on implementation requirements, dashboard creation, reporting, and analysis and develop and present enterprise level digital analytics, web optimization and digital marketing reporting (10%). Design web pages using HTML/CSS (5%). Collaborate with team members on web analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities and test, optimize, and personalize platforms, using web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Coremetrics (10%). Support web usage data integration to different online and offline data sources to identify ways to improve execution and achieve strategy through the use of analytics and CRO methodologies (35%). Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery to business partners (5%).

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

Requirements: Bachelor's (or higher) in computer science or information systems technologies (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience performing web analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B test analytics. Specific skills/other requirements: conducting A/B and multivariate tests on conversion rate and UX improvements (1 year); communicating technical details to web development partners, applying analytics tagging specifications and requirements (1 year); developing and presenting enterprise level digital analytics, web optimization and digital marketing reporting (1 year); designing web pages using HTML/CSS (1 year); and testing, optimizing, and personalizing platforms, using web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Coremetrics (1 year).
