In this role, you will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and mentoring Agile teams toward achieving product objectives. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead an agile development team of 6-14 onshore and/or offshore team members in moderate to high complexity workstreams following SAFe methodology.
  • Conduct typical agile ceremonies including iteration and sprint planning sessions, peer reviews and demos, and daily stand-ups; ensuring full team engagement along with the support of our business and interfacing partners.
  • Participate in the organization-level PI planning sessions thereby representing the agile team in terms of capacity, capability, and availability.
  • Help, educate, and collaborate with various product owners, and scrum masters, release train engineers to plan product releases, escalate blockers, maintain a healthy team backlog, and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Remove impediments, and conflicts, and coach the agile teams to achieve a higher level of maturity.
  • Shield the teams from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity.
  • Track and report on agile team metrics (Burndown/up, velocity, etc.), escalating issues as needed. Ability to report in Waterfall or Agile.
  • Adhere to audit/compliance requirements for execution.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years related experience as an Agile project team member with strong knowledge of Agile principles, concepts, and methodology.
  • Good presentation, influencing, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable discussing business functions, operations, strategies, and objectives.
  • Experience leading training and workshops.
  • Ability to influence reporting shift from waterfall to Agile metrics.



  • Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
  • One or more SAFe® Certification(s):
  • Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA), Certified SAFe® Program Consultant, Certified SAFe® Practitioner, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certification, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) Certification, Certified SAFe® Release Train Engineer, Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager.
  • Knowledge of business functions and understanding of business operations, strategies, and objectives. 
  • Able to assist in analyzing and advising Product Owners of market trends.

The wage range for applicants for this position is [the more specific figure (for example (only): $80,000) or range within which the hiring manager reasonably expects to hire (for example (only): $70,000 - $85,000)]. The role is eligible for incentive compensation under the sales incentive plan for your position.
