Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify areas for Optimization and Modernization opportunities thorough active engagement with various product teams & MLH business

  • Research, evaluate, document, maintain standards and best practices around designs, usage, testing, security, performance, and other aspects of existing applications

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex, secure automation solutions for development, testing and production environments

  • Provide governance over multiple product teams to ensure standards and best practices compliance.

  • Define frameworks and developer tools, design training materials, conduct developer training.

  • Analyze business needs and present proposals that include high level technical solutions.

  • Provide technical guidance to product teams throughout software development lifecycle around cloud technologies, platforms, solution design etc.

  • Expert in technical program delivery across cross-functional / LOB teams

  • Expert in driving delivery through collaboration in highly complex, matrixed environment

  • Lead the implementation and automation of complex security controls, governance processes and compliance validation

  • Lead creation and adoption of a DevOps culture.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: ­­ 


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Ten plus years’ experience in software engineer

  • Five plus years in managing complex projects

  • Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, problem solving, algorithms and complexity analysis

  • Proficiency in Software Engineering principles

  • Experience in DevOps concepts, automation technologies and tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

  • Experience working with Power BI reports and multiple databases but not limited to Oracle, DB2, SQL server etc

  • Excited about technology, have a strong interest in learning and playing with the latest technologies

  • Highly motivated and thrive in an environment where problems are open-ended.

  • Working independently and able to manage large scale projects.

  • Ability to build, deliver and operate complex, cloud-based systems
