Role Value Propostion:

As a Senior Analyst, you are responsible for overseeing and optimizes product lifecycle, responsible for requirement gathering, and documentation related to these processes globally and end-to-end across functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments on systems and applications reaching end-of-life
  • Develop strategies for replacing and updating hardware and software that incorporate and align with overall information technology and business strategies as appropriate
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of IT software and hardware assets in place, lifecycle of these assets from requisition through retirement, existing processes, policies, and tools to manage them
  • Interact and engage with Software Engineering SMEs, Operations SMEs, business analysts and in getting the requirements and implementing solutions.
  • Provide technical support to project teams throughout product lifecycle
  • Research, update and manage product versions


Required Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • BS, preferred
  • 5+ years of data analytics or project experience 3 years in a corporate IT environment preferably in insurance/financial/healthcare industry
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Products, Azdo and SharePoint
  • Analytical skills to analyze situations and come to optimal and efficient solution based on requirements.
  • Eagerness to learn new technology concepts and art of possible
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal
  • Well planned, organized & structured to manage time & work effectively
  • Project management, presentation skills and time management skills
  • Strong communication capabilities and demonstrated experience managing simultaneous initiatives, solving problems, and applying effective planning skills to deliver multiple initiatives successfully
  • Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile project methodology
