Role Value Proposition: 

The End User Computing (EUC) team is a part of Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) - Application Transition & Intake.  Our mission is to coordinate, plan and implement desktop level projects while minimizing risk and disruption to end users. EUC ensures timely and seamless upgrades to desktop operating systems, collaborative platforms, and communications services. ​ 


The EUC Financial Analyst / Project Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with our Infrastructure partners through the planning, analysis and deployment phases of major end user upgrades. This individual will work with Application Owners, Business partners, TechQA and Application Development teams to schedule and coordinate the testing, remediation and financial tracking of 600+ applications. In addition, the EUC Financial Analyst / Project Coordinator will assist the EUC team in the packaging of business applications and testing these packages for eventual deployment to the desktop.


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Maintain regular communication and meetings with the EUC Team; as well as our Application, Infrastructure, and Business partners.
  • Manage all EUC financials, maintain regular status reports, and update dashboards with the present status of all in flight projects.
  • Support scheduling and communications for application owners and testers.
  • Coordinate with EUC team, and our partners, to support multiple concurrent project rollouts.
  • Key asset in supporting EUC team’s directive to maintain annual portfolios within 5% of budget.



Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator working with technology deployments.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Relationship management experience with onshore and offshore IT and business partners.
  • Experience working with offshore teams.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or similar field.
  • Insurance industry background.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile.
  • Experience working with Clarity.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
