We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer with a track record of designing and implementing large and complex technology projects at a global scale. To be successful in this role, the candidate would require a balance of product-centric technical expertise and navigating complex deployments with multiple systems and teams. This role would include engagement with multiple teams and projects.





Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, evaluate, document, maintain standards and best practices around designs, usage, testing, security, performance, and other aspects of existing and emerging integration solutions.
  • Define frameworks and developer tools, design training materials, conduct developer training.
  • Analyze business needs and present proposals that include high level technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance to product teams throughout software development lifecycle around cloud technologies, platforms, solution design etc.
  • Provide governance over multiple product teams to ensure standards and best practices compliance.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement thorough active engagement with various product teams.




Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: ­­ 


  • Minimum of 8+ years of software design and development experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Experience implementing scalable and performant software applications using cloud computing technologies such as Azure, AWS.
  • Hands on experience developing applications that use with Big Data technologies such as HBase, Solr, Gremlin and MongoDB.
  • Experience in application development using Spring Boot, Java and Groovy.
  • Experience in DevOps concepts, automation technologies and tools
  • Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.





  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience in performance debugging, testing and tuning.
  • Highly motivated and thrive in an environment where problems are open-ended.
  • Excited about technology, have a strong interest in learning and playing with the latest technologies
  • Working independently and able to manage large scale projects.
