Role Value Proposition: 

Global Operations (Global Ops) focuses on creating positive experiences for MetLife customers and helping the company make the best use of its global resources. We’re looking for unique talent with fresh perspectives that can propel innovation. In this role you will conduct quality process reviews and assessments for operations processes and transactions. Analyzes and uses quality control to diagnose root causes and create and recommend corrective action plans.


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Completes timely and accurate audits for the Dental Claims and Provider Data Management Units.
  • Validates level of compliance with established processes and procedures against standards of performance
  • Responsible for preparation and delivery of timely and accurate reporting to Business Partners
  • Assist in the ongoing education and development of employees by monitoring and providing feedback to employees regarding audit results, especially new hires.
  • Evaluate procedures and identify trends and training gaps in order to provide recommendations.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • 2+years of Dental knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of all Dental product plans.
  • Ability to be self-directing, flexible and impartial
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications; preferably excel and be proficient in their use.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and written).
  • Ability to present information (both position and negative) in a coaching/teaching manner.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and resolve issues to improve the productivity of others.
  • High School Diploma


  • Knowledge of PPO Provider processes preferred

The wage range for applicants for this position is $43,300 to $57,700. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
