Role Value Proposition: 

The Manager of Global Technology Services Portfolio Financials team serves an integral part of aligning strategy to daily operational goals by partnering with the Senior Leadership, Project managers, engineers, business analyst and developers to manage and analyze the Global Technology and Operations (GTO) IT portfolios. This role will serve as a Portfolio Manager with focus as it relates to, IT financial management, capacity utilization, resource management, change management, and building and encouraging strong relationships with project and resource management teams.

    

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Manages 3-5 direct reports with core focus on talent management, coaching and team building, and process improvement.
  • Create and implement project management and business management processes as it relates to portfolios managed.
  • Assist in standardization of financial operations across all application development portfolios.
  • Build strong relationships with GTO internal and external partner organizations to help drive change and efficiency.
  • Assist in driving portfolio analysis and driving strategic and tactical decision making as a result of portfolio variances for cost savings, risks, and opportunities related to IT expenses.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

 

Required:

  • 7-10 years of finance, business management, project management experience
  • Bachelors in Business Administration or Finance
  • Advanced change management and operational manager
  • Strong team builder able to standardize operations while coaching and building talent

 

 

Preferred:

  • PMP Certification
  • Clarity experience
