Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Managers to understand the business problems, and define the customer solution
  • Ideate, develop and refine options to define the right solution
  • Partner with solution architecture, software engineering and product teams to develop solution
  • Develop Solution outline to identify key product capabilities
  • Develop epics, feature and user stories that are consumable by the software engineering team
  • Have a technical bent to dig into technology aspects of the solution
  • Participate in scrum team to provide clarifications and guidance to team


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or a Consultant creating technology solutions
  • BA/BS degree required, major in related field preferred
  • Expert skills in requirements definition and analysis
  • Experience creating requirements documentation: Use Cases, Epics, Features, User Stories – consumable by software engineering teams
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focused attention to details, as well as, demonstrated professionalism and time/task management skills; ability to establish strong relationships.
  • SAFe certification


  • Ability to document and create mocks/prototypes for team to consume
  • Experience with of Agile and Dev Ops Methodology
  • Data analysis experience using
  • JIRA or Microsoft Azure Experience
