Role Value Proposition: 

Provide overall portfolio governance and serve as SPOC to CS program office in managing organizational operations, communication and governance. Assist the leadership team in optimizing processes, applying project methodology, and attaining KPI targets.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Manage Annual Planning (Budgeting) and monthly forecast for Global Communication and HR IT Project/Application portfolio.
  • Compile reports and presentations to provide summary with relevant and needed information for decision making including project status, financial tracking, forecasting, and accruals.
  • Establish and maintain a trusted relationship between IT and business units (Global Communications, HR & Executive Group) to increase the value realized from technology investments and capabilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross functional teams through understanding business processes, such as PO generation, invoice processing, business case (PAR) creation
  • Responsible for quarterly all-hand meetings focusing on accomplishments, new processes and tools, KPI attainments, and critical initiatives.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • Strong presentation skill, able to summarize data and highlight critical decision points
  • 7+ years experience in Information Technology working in diverse roles
  • Practitioner of different Software development methodology (e.g., Agile) with demonstrated ability to push for processes improvements
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Use of data visualization or data analytic tools
  • Undergraduate degree required



  • IT project management experience
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • BA degree in technology



  • Process Engineering
  • Budget management
