As a full-stack engineer you are responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of solutions, based on a set of standards and processes which establish consistency across the enterprise, data, reduce risk, and promote efficiencies in support of the organization’s and the business goals and objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Scrum Lead, Product Owner and ART Leadership. You will have an opportunity to impact every part of the system, foster and cultivate your curiosity and iterate over solutions to be the very best you can be to deliver for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the collection and documentation of user requirements
  • Analyzing, designing and driving solutions for major components and features
  • Implementing enterprise caliber web, mobile and backend solutions
  • Ensuring secure, high code quality across the entire team
  • Investigating and resolving production management incidents, problems, and service requests.
  • Enable and implement Application Security
  • Interfacing with key stakeholders and business leaders
  • Working with cross-functional teams for delivery
  • Mentoring Mid/Junior Software Engineers


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Five plus years in full-stack software engineering
  • Familiarity with OWASP and Application Security best practices
  • Ability to build, deliver and operate complex, cloud-based systems using Azure.
  • Proficiency working in java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
  • Proficiency with Microservices architecture and designing and implementing RESTful APIs
  • Proficiency with, at least, one web language such as JavaScript,Typescript
  • Proficiency with various database technologies and solutions, including both SQL and NoSQL
  • Proficiency with modern web framework such as Node.js, React.
  • Cross functional leadership: organize, motivate and lead those outside of the team



  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • DevOps practices for CI/CD, release management, and automation using Azure DevOps
  • Git-based repositories such as GitHub, Bitbucket or Azure Repos
  • Container-based development leveraging Docker and/or Kubernetes
  • Microsoft Azure Services: Functions, Kubernetes, CosmosDB, Storage, App Service
  • Modern Identity and Access Management and general AppSec practices
  • Experience with Agile software development (like Scrum or Kanban)
